This office is located at the front of our school, 201 Deep Wood Drive, Round Rock, TX 78681. All visitors must have a photo ID, so that we may sign them into our system for a Visitor’s Badge. Safety is a top priority of our campus and visitors not displaying their badge, will be escorted to the front office to get one. If you do not have a photo identification, we cannot issue you a Visitor Badge, and you will have to leave our campus. Welcome to the Dragon Family! Before the beginning of each school year, we host the Freshman/New Parent Night and New Student Orientation. By clicking here , you will find the information shared in the presentation. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact your student’s Alpha Office. Freshman Students, we are out of ‘Class of 2027’ T-shirts. If students didn’t get a shirt or got a shirt way too big or way too small, please email victoria_sanders@roundrockisd.org with the student’s name and desired shirt size. She will be placing a new order soon. If you were not able to attend orientation, ID pictures will be taking the first week of school. Unfortunately, due to the number of incoming Dragons (over 1,000!), we are not able to offer alternate times for New Student Orientation. Parents/Guardians signing their student out of school, can sign their student out at the 1200 Main Office located off Deep Wood Drive. Phone calls and faxes are not accepted for early pickups. Student safety is a top concern and these forms of communication do not meet the standard for us to verify guardianship. Our cutoff time for signing a student out each day is 4:00 pm. To order an ad for your senior in the yearbook, please follow this link for the brochure. Instructions are listed there. To be guaranteed space, you must order before November 3. All materials are due by November 15. Once you submit your paperwork and payment, you will receive a Google form to submit your materials. Underclassmen photo retakes are October 18 during all lunches If your child missed taking their photo, retakes will be during all lunches on October 18 in the 1100 lecture hall. Yearbooks are now on sale Yearbooks can be purchased for $90 by clicking on this link . Yearbooks will be delivered to the school in mid May. To be guaranteed a yearbook, you must order before February 15, but the price will continue to increase all year. If you are unsure if you have previously ordered a yearbook, please click on this link . (last updated September 13) Seniors must have their photos taken at CADY studio before November 15 to be included in the yearbook Senior photos are NOT taken on campus. All seniors should be photographed by November 15 in order to be included in the yearbook. You can schedule your appointment by clicking on this link and clicking on the seniors” tab at the top. While there are more extensive sitting options available, there is a free yearbook option at the very bottom of the sitting fee page. The studio will provide the tux or drape needed for the photo. Appointments are only released one month at a time and parents are highly encouraged to schedule early. Appointments in November fill up quickly and there is little to no opportunity to retake or choose photos with November appointments.
